Automate digital invoicing with Datamolino

No one enjoys the long process of manually entering data into a database from invoices. No one. Datamolino has launched in beta to help you to keep your paper and electronic invoices organized in a single location. The program automatically extracts data from invoices and receipts and then prepares them for easy import to your accounting software or ERP system. Datamolino will also turn invoices and receipts into a searchable online archive.

Datamolino provides you with human-verified data extraction, so you can skip manual data entry and focus on your business.

The program is easy to set up with no download required. It is as simple to use as email. You can process any invoice, whether it originates from email, PDF, or scanned paper. Your suppliers can send their invoices by email directly to your Datamolino inbox. Data can easily be imported to your existing accounting software; currently, it is compatible with the CSV or XLS export feature.

Datamolino also supports customized exports for Kros OMEGA, Stormware POHODA and Cigler MONEY S3. They are also working to integrate with QuickBooks, Sage One, Freshbooks, Xero, Freeagent, and Saasu.

Enter the human touch

Any time you receive an invoice that requires your review or approval, you can receive an email; this eliminated the need to constantly check your email, waiting for an invoice.

You also have the ability to review, comment, and approve invoices with your co-workers. Documents can be shared internally and externally with accountants. This keeps everyone in the loop and further reduces errors. Account administrators can easily define user permissions to ensure that sensitive data is kept confidential.

Each document sent to Datamolino becomes part of your electronic archive, available anywhere, anytime. Documents can be searched and filtered for fast retrieval. All documents are securely stored. They use Amazon’s Simple Storage Service to store your data, along with an Extended Validation certificate from Comodo. They also use minimum 128bit encryption with 2048k bit keys and safe key-exchange mechanisms and Strict Transport Security.

If you are constantly inundated with invoices or receipts, Datamolino could save you time and money.
