CrankWheel is an exciting new tool designed to improve communication between service agents and their customers. If you have ever tried explaining a tech problem over the phone, you understand the difficultly of describing the images on your computer screen. With Crackwheel, it’s possible to remotely walk your customer through any situation as if they were sitting at the computer with you. Service agents can immediately share their browser tab or screen with customers using any device.

Simply share through a URL

To share your browser or screen, you can either send customers a link via text message, or guide them to an easy URL.  The browser will appear within ten seconds or less, so customers won’t grow impatient waiting for images to download, and service representatives won’t waste valuable time. Even better, customers will never have to install software because CrankWheel works on almost every device, and is compatible with 99.9 percent of browsers.

One month free

With CrankWheel’s preview technology, service agents can rest assured that they see exactly what their customer is seeing, at the same time. You can be confident that your customer will receive an operable link to your shared browser, and be able to maneuver it with ease.

CrankWheel is in a closed beta period right now, but organizations do have the option to sign up on the product mailing list to receive notifications and one-month free subscription. Individuals can use CrankWheel for free once it becomes available to the public, and companies can get a paid plan with custom lobbying, co-branding, and analytics. They can also choose from a variety of add-on options, including white-labeling, audit log, and content filtering.

Keep support calls short

By allowing service agents to show rather than tell, CrankWheel promises to improve the exchange between customers and any support representative. With this tool, there is no longer a need for lengthy, confusing step-by-step explanations– you can just say, “I’ll show you” and walk them through the process remotely. Not only will CrankWheel eliminate the need for additional sales meetings, it will allow for shorter support calls. The improved support process will keep customers happy, and you will have time to help more customers overall.
