Simplified e-signature option for Apple products

EasySign Mobile

For Realtors using an iPhone or iPad, EasySign is a simple option for e-signatures of documents that recently celebrated their first year in operation.

EasySign co-founder Stephen Greenwood told AGBeat that ten to 15 percent of their users are real estate professionals and says that e-signatures are useful for “agents using it to close deals while they’re out of the office, homeowners that cut down on the hassle of printing & scanning while going back and forth on a negotiation, and plenty of small business owners that have been using it to cut down on costs & paper waste inside the office.”

Greenwood shared a success story with AGBeat about one of their customers:

“One of my favorite stories is a father & son that were out on a small lake in Florida; they had put in a low offer for a house and were trying to kill some time by wakeboarding, expecting the offer to fall through. They got a phone call that their offer was accepted, and signed the deal right then & there on the boat. This is exactly what EasySign was designed for and we’re always happy to hear about how it’s helped our users,” Greenwood said.

The pricing ranges from $0.99 for three documents signed to $14.99 for unlimited documents. The company notes that they will soon release an EasySign version for Android devices. The app is compatible with .txt documents, PDF files and MS-Office formats and offers basic customization like the ability to choose blue or black ink for signatures.

While there are more robust options on the market like AG supporter SureDocs by a la mode, the EasySign app is a simple, no-nonsense option on the market that is receiving high praise in online reviews.
