MYROFO– on top again but this time for augmented reality office search app. These guys just keep pushing the edge.
Minutebids– starting with online bids nationwide for contractors and affiliates. This platform has no limits for cre growth.
Corelogic Metroscan– I’m not going to explain. You have to click and bookmark this site. The data is amazing.
CreGrow– The first wordpress based cre affordable template website. Finally!
Bayareacomre– One of the great blogs from the new breed of cre agent. These two know how to do it everyday. Just steal their ideas!
BOMA -Just too much stuff. I can’t stop reading. Did I say ULI was one of the best associations? UH…
Commercialsource– NAR commercial site. Packed full of content and nationwide cre search. Ok, I am biased for “The Godmother”
CREOBA-CRE REO Association. I hate to say it but, they are kicking ass, in a good way.
Dataquick– They say that they are the real estate information experts. You tell me.
Retail Property Analyst– The name kinda says it all.
Creconsole– Platform for brokers and investors.
Real Bird. Ok, this is a residential like thing but, it’s a facebook based property search. We don’t have one for cre yet?
Retechsouth– This is a must attend event. They are looking for some CRE traction Y’all.
Catylist– I still like the simple clean way they put out the data.
Crepig– Huge cre network
Investcapadvisors– CMBS surveillance, distressed debt, maturing loans. They have the data.
IREM– Institute of real estate management. Is it more important than ever?
Proxio– worldwide mega all property searches.
Rejournals– Great info on deal and brokers by regions.
DcrealestateCitybizlist– Huge cre and business news resource for 10 plus major markets.
Picor– Cre firm out west just doing a lot of things right. Do they have girl power?
Greenbuildingfocus– I have got to go to this thing. Thousands of cre people attend. Just look at the speakers and itinerary.
Rcanalytics– On the list before but this is the cre troubled assets search. Worth a look.
Equityinternational– Sam Zell’s firm. Talk about not caring if he is left off the list. Cre porn?
ICSC– doesn’t everyone know what this is. Vegas Baby!
Stdb– ccim site to do business.
Globest– Cre everything. Launching something new in a couple of weeks.
Ladinventures– A new young firm up north kicking some real ass. My Boys!
