Leadership isn’t easy, but someone’s got to do it!
Finding a good leader is hard; being one is even harder. The ability to successfully implement ideas and procedures; motivate others to believe in themselves, their ideas, and your leadership; as well as, maintain a fine line of open communication, but still enforce laws, does not necessarily make the role of “leader” everyone’s forte. Whether you are a leader or a follower, keep in mind that neither job is without its stresses, frustrations, and rewards.
