1. Overview:<\/strong> This website and checkout is owned and operated by The American Genius, LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Our”), operator of Austin Digital Jobs & Remote Digital Jobs. By using our site or purchasing our products or services, you agree to these terms.<\/p>

2. Intellectual Property:<\/strong> All content on this site, including text, images, and designs, is owned by the Company. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission. All drafts of your resume are our intellectual property, but we grant you rights on their use, but not of our process.<\/p>

3. Payments and Refunds:<\/strong> All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds unless specified in writing (and payment processing fees are kept by Stripe in all circumstances). Prices and payment terms are subject to change. You (or any third-party payer) remain responsible for all payments. If any chargeback or reversal occurs, you agree to cover the full balance plus all fees charged to us by banks and\/or processors. If you abandon the process for 30 consecutive days with no communication or progress on your part, services will be considered abandoned. To re-engage after that point, you will be required to purchase services again at the then-current rate. We do not resume abandoned projects without full re-payment.<\/p>

4. Security:<\/strong> We take reasonable steps to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security. By using third-party payment processors, you agree to their terms.<\/p>

5. Late Cancellation, Late Reschedule, & No-Show Policy:<\/strong> Appointments require at least 48 hours\u2019 notice to cancel or reschedule. If an appointment is missed, canceled, or rescheduled with less than 48 hours\u2019 notice, a non-refundable $99.00 late cancellation fee will be charged before services are resumed. Rescheduling more than once may also result in a $99 fee. This policy protects reserved time on our calendar that can’t reasonably be filled on short notice.<\/p>

6. Termination:<\/strong> We reserve the right to terminate your access to the site or services at any time, for any reason, without notice. We will absolutely exercise this clause for any abuse of our team members.<\/p>

7. Dispute Resolution:<\/strong> Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before legal action. This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas.<\/p>

8.<\/strong> Limitations of Services:<\/strong> Our resume writing services are tailored to individual clients. Our digital products are not tailored, rather crafted for the common good. We NEVER guarantee job placement or specific outcomes. When hiring our resume writing services, we require basic clarity on your career goals, as our intake calls are not for career counseling, rather intel gathering for the resume – we want to learn what makes you tick, we want to hold your hand, but career counseling is a separate service<\/em>.\u00a0<\/p>

9. Content Ownership & Confidentiality:<\/strong> For finalized services, associated documents belong to the client. However, the Company retains the right to use non-identifiable examples of work for marketing purposes. We will keep all client information confidential and will not share it with third parties without consent, except as required by law.<\/p>

10. Pacing and Delivery:<\/b> Our process is designed for depth and accuracy, which requires specific time intervals for review and synthesis. We do not offer “rush” jobs or expedited delivery for any resume packages. Timelines provided are estimates; we prioritize the integrity of the final product over arbitrary deadlines. By purchasing, you acknowledge that this process takes the time it takes.<\/p>

11. Payment plans<\/strong>: When we offer payment plans, we can break your payment into three total recurring amounts processed automatically. Late or returned payments will incur a $45 penalty, but we will not pause services, despite our work involving our investment of time and expertise. Any payment over 60 days late will be referred to collections. But look, we want to work with you, so reach out and just let us know what’s going on – setting expectations goes much further than silence. We’re on your team!<\/p>

12. Gifting Terms<\/strong>: Services may be purchased as a gift for another individual – by redeeming, recipients agree to these Terms & Conditions and assume all client responsibilities, including cancellation and no-show policies. Gifts apply only to the services paid for and must be redeemed before the expiration date provided. Recipients are never shown pricing and are only billed if they choose to upgrade or add services. All gift purchases are non-refundable. Gifts may be delivered directly or personally, with anonymous gifting available.\u00a0
