Calling all employers and recruiters!

Hey friend, we’d love to have you involved in our next quarterly Austin Digital Jobs (ADJ) Mixer. This will be our third year of mixers, and Austinites are in love with the results!

Who attends these events?

Candidates are seeking a variety of jobs, from programming to digital marketing, engineers, coders, developers, project managers, QA folks, UX and UI designers, big data, account managers, customer service, analytics, PR, security, mobile app development, and so much more.

We find that the companies we partner with tend to attract talent specifically searching for employment in that industry, which is done by featuring your top jobs on the RSVP page. We will bust our humps to attract the types of candidates you tell us you’re seeking (that makes it a win for attendees and you, which is the goal).

The event averages a 60/40 male/female ratio, and the experience range is pretty evenly spread between beginners and college students all the way to senior level talent.

(a) a designated spot at the event – send a rep, some swag, and be prepared to chat with tons of quality candidates! Feel free to bring stand up banners, celebrity cutouts, glow sticks, or whatever. 🙂

(b) you may outline one to two jobs which we will tweet as well as promote in dedicated email drops to over 11,000 subscribers and to the secret Austin Digital Jobs group on Facebook, which currently boasts over 10,200 members that get direct alerts.

(c) your logo and link to new jobs on the invitation and post-event email,

(d) sponsors are given special neon badges at the mixer that candidates are told to look out for at sign in,

(e) inclusion in our PowerPoint presentation on all venue TVs available, and

(f) we’ll consider any creative ideas you may have!
