Please advise whether our seller needs to disclose naked neighbors in his SPDS (Seller Property Disclosure Statement). See attached examples.

My answer was yes. You will need to do a bit of scrolling but for those who would like to see all three original photos – full size with no editing.

In FL unless otherwise protected by law, “A Seller or Seller’s agent must disclose those facts about the property that are known to them, if the information is material to the Buyer’s ability to enjoy and make full use of the property”
