New site launch
This week kicks off with the launch of House Owls, built by John Spinnato in Connecticut with the goal of connecting real estate consumers with competent team members, not just a single real estate professional, but the full array of professionals that it takes to complete a real estate purchase transaction.
Spinnato tells AGBeat that the company is “looking to partner up with real estate professionals that are thorough with their process and treat every client as if it were their own family member.”
To determine the worthiness of real estate pros, House Owls asks each agent a list of questions, primarily based on customer service “to see if they fit what we are looking for.”
At launch, House Owls’ first target market is the first time home buyer and Spinnato says the company is looking for “professionals who are hungry and really want to build long term relationships with these clients because our long term goal for this business is to have clients come back to us if they are relocating or trying to sell their house, so we truly care about their experience with each professional.”
