Moving touchCMA to the web
Sweepre Interactive, formerly Windermere Solutions, is announcing touchCMA™ for the web, a tool designed for real estate agents and brokers, putting the company’s comparative market analysis (CMA) technology into the cloud so users can access the graphic-rich tool through any web-enabled computer, or sync it with their iPad application.
“TouchCMA for the Web and touchCMA for the iPad are the most advanced CMA products in the market today, and bundled together comprise our unparalleled touchCMA Suite,” said OB Jacobi, Sweepre’s chief executive officer. “The advanced feature set in touchCMA for the Web for creating and customizing presentations, combined with the ability to seamlessly sync with the touchCMA for the iPad, are perfect for brokers and agents who want to take their market analyses and client presentations to the next level.”
Sweepre is making touchCMA for the Web and touchCMA for the iPad available nationally to real estate brokerages and multiple listing services on a white-label basis. That enables Sweepre customers to license the technology for use under their own brands and integrated their logos, brand marks, colors and marketing collateral into the applications.
White labeling the program
“Our white-label program creates some important market advantages for brokerages and MLSs,” said Tom Parrish, Sweepre’s vice president of marketing and business development. “Not only does it provide best-in-class technology that helps agents win more business, but it serves as a powerful marketing asset to help owners and brokers recruit and retain the best agents.”
This is the third product launched by Sweepre in the past eight months as part of what the company alludes to as an aggressive product map for 2012. In addition to the two CMA-focused products in the touchCMA Suite, the company launched Agent Websites, an intuitive, WordPress-based platform that showcases an agent’s online presence while leveraging the latest SEO optimization, lead generation and customization capabilities.
