CallGrader: record calls, track results, get actionable reports

CallGrader makes call tracking super simple

As the name suggests, CallGrader gives you a simple and easy to use call grading system that allows you to get real-time data on how well your campaign is performing. With CallGrader, you can finally definitive results as to whether or not your advertising is really paying off.

After signing up with CallGrader, you will sign up for a unique local phone number. For instance, if you want to track your Web, direct mail, and newspaper ads, you would sign up for three unique numbers, which will then be forwarded to your main business number. On each type of advertising you would use one number, per type, this way, when the calls come through CallGrader can help you track which method is producing the most successful results.

Additional uses

CallGrader is not only useful for finding out which advertising avenue works best, but also, as a training tool. You can assign unique phone number to different individuals and track their performance. Providing and tracking feedback has never been easier. By assigning each of your trainees a unique phone number, you will be able to record incoming phone calls and monitor the performance of your sales reps all in one location. Then, you can listen to the calls, “grade” them, and help trainees with exactly what they need.

I could also see this being a tool for freelancers. You could sign up for a single phone number, and use it to record conversations about jobs, details, and payment arrangements. This way, you would have a record of everything said, and when it was said, should you ever need to reference it*.

How much does it cost?

CallGrader offers three pricing plans: starter, business, and pro. The starter plan is $9/month and offers one local number, up to one hundred minutes per month; each additional minute is $0.08. And each additional phone number is $4. With the starter plan you receive $10 in free credit and there is no credit card necessary to start service (because of the free credits, but afterwards, credit cards are the only method of payment accepted).

The business plan is $19/month and offers you three local numbers to use. You also receive two hundred minutes per month, with additional minutes costing $0.075. Each additional phone number is $4. CallGrader offers you $19 in free credit, as well.

The pro plan is $100/month and gives multiple account management, as well as, white label capability and admin rights. Each phone number costs $2.50 and each minute is $0.068. You must spend at least $100/month on phone numbers and minutes to be granted the additional feature. You will receive $100 in free credit also.

*One thing to note, since CallGrader records your customers calls, you will want to check your local/state laws as to whether or not you are duty-bound to notify them that their calls are being recorded.
