The Cap & Trade bill, AKA the climate change bill will be reintroduced this week by Senator Barbara Boxer of California. Politico.com reported on 9/23 that her version of the bill would include the energy audit for the sale of real estate in America.
If the bill were to pass with energy audits in the legislation….you could pretty much put a shovel to the housing market in the U.S….and the above video explains why.
