New Android app
Founded in 2009, app developers VisionaryApps.com released their first Foreclosure search app in 2010, Complete Foreclosures, to the iTunes catalog which aimed to “provide the most current information on properties easily and quickly.” After becoming a top ten business app on the iOS platform, they have announced they will unveil an Android app at the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Conference on November 11th. They say the Complete Foreclosures app is the only app with RealtyTrac data for all Android phones and tablets.
The app offers the most recent listings first, and offers over 800,000 listings with full data and more with partial data. Much like their iOS apps, the Android app is streamlined, easy to view and flip between properties and allows users to filter out any properties that don’t meet their needs and can sort by price, size and bedrooms.
