Drama is the specific mode of fiction represented in performance. It is derived from a Greek word meaning “action” (Classical Greek), derived from “to do” (Classical Greek).
Does this mean all those involved in drama are leading lives of fiction or passing off a fictional performance as real life?
Danny DeVito wanted to throw mama from the train. My mama often told me, “If you don’t have anything nice to say, keep your mouth shut.” I often ignore that advice, but I haven’t tossed her from the train. I haven’t read Bloodhound Blog since the big Weenie Roast. I don’t feel like I’m missing much (Brian, for one, will disagree) except all the drama.
Could all this drama have its roots in childhood and bottle-feeding?
Perhaps what’s needed is a Lama above all the drama.
Proving once again, the truth of my first three words.
