What is something unique that you do to balance work and life?
I stay organized and never procrastinate. Nothing unique, just an easy way to manage my tasks. Also, I always work smarter instead of working harder. I do what I’m good at and am not afraid to hire or recruit individuals who are better at the things I’m not.
What keeps you up at night?
My passion for entrepreneurship. Whether it’s creating a new business idea or growing my company, this is what truly keeps me up at night.
If you could spend a day in the life of another leader, who would it be?
I would want to live a day in the life of Steve Jobs. I think it would be amazing to see the respect he receives and the amazing thoughts he is able to come up with. He was a perfectionist (and as one myself), I feel like I would really enjoy a day in his life.
What tools can you not live without?
Macbook, iPad, iPhone.
At age 10, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Lawyer or Engineer.
What about you would most not believe unless they knew you?
I’m the biggest perfectionist in the world. My developers, partners, and employees often go insane because of my amazing level of perfection. I fix small pixels and the tiniest things in the world often times because I strive for creating things that are absolutely AMAZING!
What inspirational quote has stuck with you the longest?
“Be the change you wish to see in the world.” – Mahatma Gandhi. This quote really motivates me to do entrepreneurship to change lives instead of make money.
