Envoy: customized visitor registration system
Envoy allows you to welcome visitors with a fully customized form, for collecting everything from names, signatures, and photos, to organizing and browsing your information later. Envoy was founded by two ex-Twitter employees who aspired to create a better, more modern visitor registration system.
This system allows you to create the right first impression by bringing a breath of fresh air to your forms and replaces old hand-written log books. Envoy gives your visitors a simple, easy-to-use touch screen interface, to gather the information you need. Since you can customize what you need in the data fields, you will only get information that is relevant to your business; no more empty data fields that do not pertain to your business.
Envoy is designed for the iPad, and works seamlessly in portrait or landscape mode.
Visitors can sign NDAs, print badges, and more
In addition to name, email, and phone number, you can collect many other data types: addresses, identification numbers, social media handles, etc. It is completely up to you to decide what to ask. An added benefit of Envoy is the ability to use it to protect your intellectual property.
Your visitors can sign NDAs, waivers, and other legal agreements with the touch of a screen. When your visitors have finished, you can download these signed documents as PDFs; so you can access them at any time, from any where. Envoy works in the cloud; registrations are securely stored online and accessible from desktops and mobile devices.
Envoy also provides you with a professional NDA by default, so should you need one, it is already in place. Another option is the ability to put names to faces. Users can snap a picture with the iPad camera and upload it directly to you. This is great for social media, where people many times people do not display their face as their profile picture, as well as, enhanced security identification and the creation of name tags and badges.
