Flash poll results
Last month, we asked you several questions about what you believed consumer expectations on Realtors are and the results were quite interesting. Given that our audience is mostly people tech savvy enough to find their way to a dotcom like AgentGenius.com, the feeling with our readership is far more relaxed (as to what consumer demand is) than I had personally anticipated.
The poll results (shown below) reveal that Realtors understand fundamentally that consumers expect them to be interactive and present online. Check out the poll results and let us know your feelings for each of the questions and whether you agree or disagree.

I thought some might find these interesting

Interesting Topic and article Lani, after a little time looking at RE sites one of the things that always surprised me was the often obvious difference between what Agents thought Consumers were thinking and what Consumers were saying they were thinking….
I think Consumers use the Internet as a Window to form opinions and/or verify opinions, to browse the Market they are interested in to formulate their own comparables and expectations…I do not think the vast majority use it as a tool for finding an Agent, it’s bound to happen with the large numbers of people involved but I don’t think it’s used much for the specific purpose of finding an Agent…
