According to Speaker Boehner, a deal has been reached with Democrats on a budget and a vote is expected tonight on a continuing resolution to allow it to be drawn in it’s “proper legislative form.” Boehner gave no details of the deal, size or the status of the contentious riders Republicans and Tea Party Freshmen were seeking. Fox News is reporting up to $38 billion in cuts ($78.5 billion below the President’s 2011 budget proposal), and a provision for a separate vote in the Senate to defund both Planned Parenthood and Obama Care.
