And that is Based on NARs Sales Data?…The Data being questioned or disputed and that NAR itself says needs to be revised?…The Monthly Data compiled from 160 MLSs out of 700 MLSs?
It is claimed NAR inflated the actual 2010 Sales by over 1,000,000 sales..that data?
Yes…People should be swayed to commit to a HUGE Financial Transaction/Commitment and pay Realtors/Agencies Thousands of Dollars for Services based on that Data
