I often wonder if the “powers that be” at the NAR even realize that nobody’s listening anymore? I just read an article in which they threw out a bunch of “forecasts” for the coming months and year and couldn’t help but notice that every one of their expert opinions, especially as of late, has been WAY off target.
What good does it do to continually throw your opinion out in an effort to be seen as the leaders of the industry, if your expert opinion is always wrong? Do you not gradually and massively lose credibility? At what point do all parties stop listening?
The quickest way to lose all competitive edge is to open your mouth and show that you’re completely lost.
