Likelist automatically stores the photos you like on Instagram

Keep track of your double-taps

When you “like” a picture on Instagram, you are letting the photographer know that you enjoyed their content. Unfortunately Instagram doesn’t offer any way for you to review the photos you have “liked” in the past. If people want to see the photos they love again, without searching and scrolling through someone’s Instagram page, they generally take a screenshot and save the photos they liked onto their computer.

Never forget the name of that restaurant your friend went to that one time

Likelist wants to help. It’s a new site, currently in beta, for creating collections of your favorite Instagram photos, without having to screenshot or even leave Instagram. Likelist is simple. When you “like” a photo on Instagram, it’s automatically listed in your Likelist.

You can sort your liked photos into different folders, and can automatically add photos to a particular folder by commenting on the photo using the symbol // followed by the name of the list. You can then visit Likelist.it and login with your Instagram account to see the full list of all the photos you’ve liked.
For example, you could comment on someone’s omelette photo //brunch //sanfrancisco, and the next time you’re in the Bay you’ll see all the mouthwatering dishes and cool bars you liked on Instagram.

Put a ring on it (and give it a try while its in Beta)

Likelist is somewhat modeled after Pocket, which allows you to store articles, videos, and photos from apps and the internet onto your computer so that you can view them later, whether or not you are online. Likelist is like Pocket, but specifically for Instagram, filling in the missing function of archiving your favorites.

Likelist is currently in beta, so if you want to be one of the first to get it, you should visit their site to request an invitation. If your business uses Instagram for marketing, you might want to let your customers know. That way they’ll be able to stay connected to all of your photos they have ever liked.
