Veterans Day 2011
We are thankful today to everyone that reads AGBeat that has served our nation and protected our rights and our safety. Our country is great because of you and we are fully aware that we sleep soundly at night and have the freedom to write these very words because of you. Many of us on staff come from military families and we are eternally grateful for the endless sacrifices connected with military duty.
Today, as the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Conference takes place in Anaheim, some of our readers will be in attendance. If you see a Realtor at the conference, or if you are in the field today and spot one of these as pictured below, please stop that person, shake their hand, thank them for their service and offer to buy their lunch or dinner, tell them WHY you are grateful – it’s the least we can do to thank them for their service.
If you didn’t know these Realtor pins for vets were available, here is where they are available. If you’re a vet, this is a great way to show it, and if you know a vet, you should buy one for them to wear year round.
