MLS Fail Shots [Episode 01]

Please welcome our newest writer, Chris Griffith! Chris practices real estate in Bonita Springs, Florida and is fondly known as @Twitterzilla per her Twitter name. Each week, she will be highlighting the worst pictures in the MLS from across the nation as submitted by you. We’ve worked for months on finding the perfect commentator for the MLS Fail Pics, and if you know Chris, you know this is a perfect match!

Please welcome her in the comments.

MLS Lawn Decor Fail:

Because they couldn’t afford a swimming pool shaped like Texas.  It’s missing a bird bath right where Austin is located.

MLS Window Treatment Fail:

These vertical blinds were out of fashion before they even when up. Those individual panels on the floor simply jumped to their own death. They knew how “over” they were and ended their own existence to spare the next owners. Probably should have some sort of a chalk outline around them, huh?

MLS Kitchen Fail:

Nothing says “cook your food here and die from cooties” like this oven doors harvest-gold-tone-of-grease color. If you got past that without getting totally skeeved, check the meth lab like look of ingredients at the right of that oven. The only thing missing from that counter top collection is a bag of fertilizer.

MLS Lightswitch Fail:

Nothing says “light and bright” like retina piercing sunshine. If this was the best picture that could have been snapped of this room someone should have at least put their rack against the glass for entertainment value.

Mail your MLS Fail images to MLSfailpics@gmail.com.
