MLS Country Multi-Failure
Nothing says “welcome home to your new quiet country estate” like the sharp barbs of a picket fence sticking up like a row a teeth. This home was so special that whoever took the picture couldn’t wait to get out of the car to snap away. You know “It’s worth a lookyloo” when you see an auto window framing the striking silhouette of a chocolate brown cube with an asphalt shingle toupee. At least the put the foyer light on for that added spark.
MLS Wall Art Fail
This place was missing some sort of wall art to balance out the design. Mission accomplished. This is way better than that Leif Garrett poster that was hanging there.
MLS Blair Witch Fail
For the home buyer that has everything except a place to hide a body. Leafless trees, check. Rural area with no witnesses, check. Cue the snotty nose campers … and … action.
MLS Brady Fail
There’s a lot wrong here but you just have to love that there wasn’t enough base trim to make it across the fireplace but pilar on the counter top got some. It’s all about the details. This whole situation must be a home stager’s dream. There are tens of thousands of Brady Bunch houses all over America waiting for your insight, stagers. Design brain dumping is welcome in the comments.
All of today’s MLS Fail shots were complements of Linda Davis real estate agent extraordinaire.
