I toured it today for you and think it is a fantastic fit.” “Oh, I love it, what is the kitchen like?” “Here, let me show you (click).”
The tool could help agents in an office setting with clients in person that want to immediately show off to a family member in real time.
Pair Channel.me with a speakerphone conversation and co-surfing the web could streamline the process of house hunting online with clients and their counterparts. It could reduce any confusion but more importantly can maximize enthusiasm.

Another feature they are offering is for other users to surf together on your site via an embeddable button you can install in your site’s sidebar. We don’t believe most consumers know what the koala (or lemur? bear?) logo means yet, so it would require a tagline or some sort of explanation directing users to co-surf together. This is one way to keep your client on your site when shopping virtually with friends and family.
We have tested the software on Windows on a Google Chrome browser and recognize a slight delay, but it does work as promised.
