Anyone who has spent time in the RE.Net is familiar with my fellow AG’r Kelley Koehler, aka Housechick. Her Tuscon real estate blog is one of the go-to bookmarks for great blogging. What you may not know is the fact that Kelly is married to a Geek. Chris Koehler is a software developer. He along with his team used the Inman Connect conference as a launch pad for their new company, Applied Real Estate Technology. ARE-Tech provides a suite of services that include an IDX listing tool, Customer Relationship Manager, and Content Management System and more.
What I found intriguing is the ability to integrate the tools as modules in WordPress blog environments. With more agents and brokers opting for blogging platforms as their primary web destinations, these type of tools might be just the solution for easy listing integration and web content management.
