A Ten Year Old’s 2010 Predictions (List Involves Broken Ankles)

It’s a shame isn’t it? The only real time many of us take to reflect, plan, contemplate and organize seems to be the turn of the year. There have been 1000 other end of the year, end of the decade lists already so I thought a guest poster may be in order. As the saying goes, ‘out of the mouths of babes.’

The 10 year old has been a student of the process this year and has put together his list of predictions for 2010 as only he could. Next week we’ll get back to more serious matters with a few thoughts on whether NAR members should or do have a voice in how our membership dollars get spent. For now, indulge us with a few like predictions that cross your mind as you listen to Jack’s top 10 for 2010.

Very cute! From the mouths of (almost) babes. I especially like the Realtor.com prediction. I’d gladly pay a dollar a listing for some nudity. They might actually sell!
