Preview of Photoshop’s Wicked New Feature – Real or a Hoax?

In celebration of its 20th anniversary (yes, that part is real), Adobe Photoshop is releasing their newest version of Photoshop, CS5 and a video preview of a ground breaking feature called “content-aware fill” has the internet buzzing.

Adobe uploaded a video to YouTube about the new feature and despite using registered trademarks and formal bio information on their YouTube channel, there is only one video on the channel making it unclear as to whether or not the video is legitimate. Commenters ask if it’s an April Fool’s joke or if it was a hoax video created by someone who did a bunch of tricks and made it look like a “one click” solution.

I can tell you without a doubt that it is NOT a hoax- the video below is certainly on YouTube but it is ALSO featured on Adobe’s official website, Adobe TV, so this magical technology is reality. Hard to believe, but it is.
