How to

50 guides for syncing nearly any email software or device

Email productivity

Over the years, we have covered various productivity tools for email, ranging from browser add-ons to independent downloads. We’ve talked about time savers, contact management, signatures and more. Today, we’d like to continue by focusing on email contact syncing.

Recently, we introduced you to Outlook4Gmail which syncs and cleans up your contacts between Outlook and Gmail. In the same vein, ConnectedHQ has done the research and have outlined what they believe to be the simplest way to sync address books with your devices, software and various services.

The nearly 50 guides documenting how to sync between Outlook, Android, Gmail, BlackBerry, AOL and others are simply outlined with easy to understand instructions.

We have been told they will update the guides as new technologies come out and as new versions of email technologies come out.

Ada Chen Rekhi of ConnectedHQ said of email, “it’s definitely a productivity painpoint for your real estate audience. As they start to adopt more and more technology, managing your contacts across multiple machines, devices and software is becoming difficult. If they’re struggling with Outlook and Gmail, they are probably also trying to figure out how to get all of it to talk with their BlackBerry or iPhone too!”

I love coming to AG to supplement my my amateur IT status. Good guides here for those who are lost
    in whirlwind of data overload.

I'm gonna sound like a Mac fanboy. And of course, I am a fanboy. I run exclusively on Mac products. Since I added an iPhone to the lineup in the summer of 2007, I haven't had to think about my data being in sync. It just happens. I take it for granted until I here about people that have this or that sync issue. I have had issues when using third party CRM solutions. But within the Mac ecosystem I'm good.
