Had a Short sale listed for $189,900 based off a 6 month CMA. The first month no activity at all. So we started dropping the price in $10,000 increments every few weeks. We are at $149,900 now. This price has shown the most activity yet and we are expecting an offer today. Let hope the third party approves.
