If we don’t “GET” this, all efforts sting futile.
The reason they want you to Fit-In is that once you do, then they can ignore you. ~Seth Godin
I’m thinking we don’t need to be misfits, we do need to Be Passionate about our convictions (and open minded).
Two more things to think about…
Once it happens, you can only compete on price. Who ever charges the least can stand the most pain, wins. Being mediocre a commodity sucks completely. Be Extraordinary.

If we want people to believe in us, we must Be Trustworthy leaders.
People don’t hire or refer followers.
The Don’t Fit-In Formula:
Be Passionate + Be Extraordinary + Be Trustworthy = Success
That is all.
Cheers.

Hi Ken,
Awesome inspirational Thanksgiving post (though they always are inspirational).
Love this: “Once it happens, you can only compete on price. Who evercan stand the most pain, wins. Being a commodity sucks completely. Be Extraordinary.”
Loved it. Thanks again!
