Real estate photography spotlight- Florida’s Peggy Taylor

As real estate professionals, you already know that the number one way to sell a home is to price it properly and the number two way is to market it properly. In our continuing series highlighting quality real estate photographers, we aim to reiterate that number two (proper marketing) is most impacted by photography.

Given that almost all home searches start online these days, every first impression matters and it’s less about the agent than the presentation of the home. We know many agents take their cell phones to a home and call it “real estate photography” but we maintain that for such a low cost, high quality professional photography should be a part of every single real estate listing.
