Ah – what a week for bloopers! This week we’re rolling in booze and money. Join the party, folks – BYOL. (Bring Your Own Laughs):
First Round Is On Me
“Equipped with Boose Theatre System” (I’ll drink to that!)”
“Antique great still in FP” (Really? Grandpa’s was in the tub.)
“New hard landscraping” (Where’s there’s a will, there’s a till.)
“Too many upgrades to lisp.” (Too much moonshine to s-s-s-speak.)
“”Impairted Murano glass in hall” (Impaired agent with shot glass being hauled off.)
Pass Me A Party Hat
“Your snearch is over.” (So is your career.)
“New til in bath” (For those who want a personal ATM?)
“We would appreciate your commets.” (Thank you, Darth Vader.)
“Beauty mounted on a hill.” (Please get a room.)
“Very econominal” (I suppose less cactus is more.)
“Foundation has shited” (It seems evacuation has begun.)
Take the Hat Off the Deer Head and Go Home
“Available son” (So reform school didn’t work?)
“Enjoy the balcony on baldy nights” (A home for domes.)
“We’ll inert you of status changes.” (Don’t overexert yourself.)
“Beautiful vallee views” (Let me guess – great for all Four Seasons?)
Say Goodnight Gracie
“”Beware of drop out in back yard” (That’s what we always said about my brother…)
I wear several hats: My mink fedora real estate hat belongs to Sotheby’s International Realty on the world famous Sunset Strip. I’M not world famous, but I've garnered a few Top Producer credits along the way. I also wear a coonskin writer's cap with an arrow through it, having written a few novels and screenplays and scored a few awards there, too. (The arrow was from a tasteless critic.) My sequined turban is my thespian hat for my roles on stage, and in film and television, Dahling. You can check me out in all my infamy at LinkedIn, LAhomesite.com, SherlockOfHomes, IMDB or you can shoot arrows at my head via email. I can take it.

I think the agent who wrote it was correct “Foundation has shited” really sums up the state of the foundations.

Funny. Proof reading it seems is a thing of the past. My personal favorite: “Available son.” Wonder if they have any takers…
