Realtor.com Social Connections Facebook app
We spotted online today a new app on Facebook called the Realtor.com Social Connections Facebook app that integrates Facebook into a Realtor’s marketing plan. App users can highlight their active inventory and share live market data in their local community to generate leads and create a value for consumers.
The app integrates into a user’s Facebook Business Page and also offers buyer’s guides, seller’s guides, newsletters, a meeting scheduler, and more. Move, Inc. has a tradition of seeking to better connect consumers with Realtors. The app site says, “If you haven’t heard, Facebook® is sort of a big deal. 800 Million people are spending over 67 BILLION minutes of their lives every month on the social network, and to engage this massive audience, you’ve got to come with something better than a display of your listings.”
Realtors looking at alternatives for their Business Page outside of just asking 20 fans what they’re eating for dinner, this is one way that organically connects agents with the information consumers are really looking for. A setup guide can be found here.
