Modify Video
With a free online tool called Modify Video, by simply submitting a URL (like a YouTube link for example) and select where you’ll be using it (in Windows, on a Mac, on an iPhone, a mobile phone) or if you need it to convert to an alternate format such as Flash or just Audio (.mp3 format). This is extremely useful with the advent of video becoming more prevalent with internet users (and inevitably real estate consumers).
Imagine you have a client who does all of their business on their iPhone and you have a video that they can’t watch on their preferred technology but you really want them to see the home tour of your listing before they fly in from the other coast- boom, ModifyVideo.com! You have a short video series or a commercial video that you want to put on an iPod for a free giveaway but don’t know how to format it properly- boom, ModifyVideo.com! What other ways can you think of that Modify Video would be useful in real estate?

This is something we can all use. My real problem is finding a FREE player other than youtube that has high quality video. The only free ones I know of only allow short videos and it’s hard to judge just how big the video will be when your out shooting it.
