Rolled Up Window Fail
The only thing that tops taking a picture through the car window, from inside the car is doing it with the window rolled up. In this case it might not be too bad of a thing after all. The reflection in the glass actually distracts from the b-ball hoop and what looks to be a car lot for a half way house. It’s a shame it wasn’t garbage day. The only thing missing from this picture is a raccoon ransacked Hefty trash can.
Lakefront View Fail
This is your standard situation where a Husqvarna chainsaw and a six pack of beer would be considered an investment in marketing. Just sayin’.
“There’s my listing, the one with the wrinkly panty hose!” Fail
“There’s my listing, the one with the wrinkly panty hose!” – Ya’ll have to be over 40 to get that. This is a multi-level failure of homeowner (or tenant) that didn’t care and a real estate agent that wasn’t crafty enough to snag a pair of salad tongs out of the kitchen to relocate the Leggs out of the picture. I guess nobody gave a rip that unmentionables were drying. That jar of Vaseline on the counter didn’t give anyone pause for thought either. I’m just going to leave it at that. It’s killing me, but I’m going to leave it at that.
Totem Fail
This one gets all kinds of stars. Stars for creative MLS photo, stars for photo shopping the talky puff cloud and stars because there is actually landscape lighting that illuminates this bad boy at night because it is a feature, not a benefit, of owning a home with a totem pole out front. That is, unless it comes alive at night and does yard work.
This is where I need your help, kids: Have you ever seen a picture in the MLS that just made you shake your head? This is the place where the thought and the photo collide. If you have a photo you’d like to share email to mailto:MLSfailpics@gmail.com. We’ll make you famous and link to your blog.
