Dragdis is for productivity junkies
Most of us are pretty accustomed to starring our favorite sites and then searching through a long list of items we have saved when we want to revisit an item. Now, there is a better way to organize and find your favorite sites, without endless scrolling and wondering which site is the one you need.
Dragdis is a little bit like Pinterest meets your “favorites.” It is a Chrome extension that allows you to drag and drop anything from photos, text, links, and videos to a sidebar, where it will be stored into folders. Once inside a folder, which you create and customize, you will see a visual representation of that site. There are no storage limits with Dragdis, so you can save everything that you like, without worrying about going back purging data to save space.
Dragdis can be accessed on any device because all of your discoveries are stored in the cloud. You can also share any collected items by sharing a link. Items can also be shared by inviting friends or colleagues to your folders, so you can collaborate on projects, mood boards, playlists, and more. You can choose exactly which folders you share, so you do not have to worry about your friends seeing everything in Dragdis, only what you want them to see. Dragdis also has social integration; post to Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and they are working on integration for Dropbox and Pinterest.
The Dragdis extentsion appears when you select an item (picture/text/video), and begin dragging it to the right. While you are dragging it, you will see your list of folders appear and can then select which folder to drop your selected material into. This is extension is very simple, but extremely helpful for making your bookmarks visual, organized, and easy to find. Even if you do not use it regularly, it has value in being a storehouse for party planning, project collaboration, and record keeping, as there are no storage limits. Take a look and see what you think.
