We all have a “contact problem”
Don’t deny it – your business suffers from the “contact problem.” Experts estimate that a business’s contact data is likely to be 25 to 30 percent inaccurate. This is especially troublesome if you keep long lists of prospects or customers for marketing materials. You’re paying high fees for contact records that may or may not even be accurate. Your automated marketing software uses these same out-of-date contact lists. You’re wasting your time and money calling the wrong phone numbers and getting returned mail from people who have moved away or changed their phone numbers.
Just stop. You need something smarter. CircleBack is software that uses artificial intelligence to constantly update, edit, and add to your contact list. Like many other contact managers we’ve featured here on American Genius, Cloze consolidate duplicate contacts, syncs address books across your various devices and email accounts, and transfers information from the signatures on emails you receive into your contact list.
But CircleBack does even more
It’s a “learning machine” that uses patented SharedIQ technology to increase intelligence and accuracy over time. It taps into a vast network of contact information gathered from “billions of data points every day,” including contact information provided by the users of other business productivity apps that CircleBack’s parent company produces. Using this information, CircleBack creates “current, complete contact records for as many of the millions of US business people as possible.” You can even scan a stack of business cards, and CircleBack will read them and incorporate the information into your address book.
CircleBack addresses your “contact problem” on three fronts: by updating the contact information in your CRM database and in your marketing software, by retrieving contact information you haven’t logged yet from business card and email signatures, and by analyzing patterns to enrich your data with insights about your contact network.
When it comes to contact information, accuracy is key, and CircleBack promises to deliver “the most accurate record you’ve ever seen.”

Fullcontact has been a better tool in my experience as CirccleBack has suggested too many out of date suggestions.
