DwellAgent Launching
Boston based real estate startup DwellAgent is launching nationwide to provide agents a new web-based application that integrates the agent website as well as single property websites, both branded and non-branded virtual tours, IDX Property Search and your blog in one single and easy to manage package.
The entire process from start to finish removes the learning curve, redundancies, and the need for multiple platforms, to get you and your properties to market more efficiently and at a cost that makes sense- the vision of John Lynch, CEO, and Edward Johnston, President at DwellAgent.
DwellAgent is built by Realtors for Realtors and is free to try- they’re inviting you to go experience what it’s like to have all of your properties and agent marketing under one account.
According to John, DwellAgent is designed to get you in front of clients with a product that impresses, rather than keep you behind a desk redundantly loading listings to single property sites, your own website, and everywhere else. To John, it’s all about branding- consistently and seamlessly.
John also informs us that agents can utilize their own domain name, and DwellAgent comes complete with social sharing features, nationwide IDX search, and a heavy focus on SEO- I see this product as a serious competitor and alternative to a la mode’s X Sites (among others), based on design, intuitive setup and price point. Time will tell.
I know from experience that launches are both exciting and nerve racking at the same time, so feel free to reach out to Ed on Twitter, or you can always give feedback or ask deeper support questions here.
