If you’re a blogger, you should check out a new tool called EmbedPlus which is a free tool that allows you to take a standard YouTube link and give your readers added functionality that can upgrade their experience and hopefully keep them on your site longer. It’s like YouTube on vitamins (or a healthy dose of Pixie Stix or Four Loko)!
EmbedPlus adds “DVD-like controls” and offers “real-time reactions” from your blog readers. All you need is a link to a YouTube video and you can mark multiple spots in the video and treat them like DVD chapters that your readers can skip forward and backward through the video.
Reactions from YouTube and Twitter about the video are shown right in the player, you can “cut / splice / chop” only the interesting part of a video to show and you can use the instant replay feature. EmbedPlus allows your viewers to zoom in with their mouse and it even offers slow motion replay.
We can see great applications for brokers in educating a team, amazing added functions for consumers as you teach them about your services, subdivisions or local real estate analysis and commentary, what can you see as practical application for this tool?
