Take back control of presentations and work documents

Give your presentations a boost

When it comes to creating professional training materials, creating presentations, or organizing screenshots to fit your needs, there are several software options available to you. With these options, you can capture screenshots, add text, highlight parts of the screenshot, or even make a screenshot video. However, the problem is that you usually have to use several different programs to accomplish your objective. This can become time-consuming, tedious, and stressful. In order to make it easier for business professionals everywhere to create and manage important screenshots, two brothers teamed up and founded Clarify-It.

Clarify “offers a faster, easier, more effective way of communicating with images” for both Mac and Windows. The first step is to capture your screenshots. While it’s pretty simple to do this, Clarify makes it easier and more unique. It even has a countdown timer that you can use when you want to screenshot drag operations or menus. And you can choose to include or exclude the mouse cursor in the end images. Instead of saving each screenshot as an individual file, it actually saves it as a new “step” in the creation of your document. “You can reorder, insert, or delete steps as you create your communication.”

Above and beyond a screenshot

Once you have all your screenshots, pictures, and videos in their proper order, you can then begin adding annotations and text. Everything you need to edit or notate the screenshots is right in front of you, including the ability to add frames and borders, resize, and crop any part of it. When you’re done formatting, improving, and clarifying each step of your presentation, you then have the choice of how to share it. You can use Clarify-It’s free online service to share through Dropbox, through your email, or right onto Google Plus.

Clarify-It enables you to stitch together important pictures, videos, screenshots, and documents to create the most effective training material for your employees, to name one example. Clarify can cut down on time spent, so you can focus your attention to other important tasks and duties during your day. If you’re unsure if Clarify is the right program for your professional needs, you can sign up for a free 14-day trial.
