The theme that keeps swimming in my head from BarCamp and Inman SF is that this is still a face-to-face business. In order to build our businesses we have to build our relationships – both in quality and in number. Nobody cares – especially the consumer – that you won the Best Realtor in the Universe Award. Image advertising has been caught in the net and filleted.
