The Top Five Wealthiest Cities:

4. San Francisco, CA
5. San Diego, CA

The Top Five Poorest Cities:

1. Detroit, MI
2. Cleveland, OH
3. Miami, FL
4. Buffalo, NY
5. Pittsburgh, PA
