Which city is the best for trick or treating?

For their third annual Trick-or-Treat Index, Zillow has ranked the 20 best cities to trick or treat in, which this year is topped by the city by San Francisco (it is the San Francisco treat after all).

According to Zillow, “The Index represents cities that will provide the most candy, with the least walking and safety risk. The ranking was calculated using four equally weighted data variables: Zillow Home Value Index, population density, Walk Score and local crime data.”
