Top 10 Feeds in Your Feed Reader?

Where do you learn?

My personal focus is on technology, MLS issues and the real estate space in general. This year I am working to winnow down the number of feeds I read and focus on high-quality content. With each new post I read, I want to learn something applicable to my business.

Everything is changing, and these are a few of the sites I read that help me stay on top of changes.

Each of the following blogs makes me think. I like that.

1000 Watt Blog – Marc and Brian consistently provoke new thoughts that are implementable.

Notorious R.O.B. – Find me a more intelligent write in the real estate space. Heck, he’s even coined a new term for the RE.net – realestistas .

MLS Terresact – Brian has long been one of the best thinkers in the MLS space, and I learn something every time he posts something new. After reading his blog for a while, I remain convinced that the VOW/DOJ settlement is going to have a much greater impact on MLS issues than previously thought.

Better Homes and Gardens – A “small brokerage” blog with “big brokerage” backing. This site provides a different perspective than I’m used to, if only because they’re the only Realogy company to blog (that I know of).

FBS Blog – Michael Wurzer with FlexMLS’ insight into the formerly-closed world of MLS issues is remarkable and educational; in my opinion he sets the standard for what an MLS owner/executive should be doing. In addition, Flex continues to get rave reviews.

What are yours? What do you read that makes you think differently? Inside or tangentially related to real estate?

* No bribes taken for this post. But I am bribe-able; find out how next Tuesday.
