Top 10 Most Widely Read Agent Genius Articles – Week of February 12

This week on AG:

Sometimes when you’re busy selling homes, it’s hard to read every single article on the web that you want to, so we’re doing our best to highlight some top reading for the week for expediency. Most weeks, we can look at the top 10 articles and find a theme or two, but this week is all over the place! I can tell you personally I saw a lot of interaction offline with Duke’s CRE article and surrounding Janie’s technology column, and Russell Shaw’s articles regarding Bank of America’s deficiencies (that’s the nice way of saying it) has struck a chord with readers. Since there is no theme found this week, there’s surely something for everyone!

So, if you missed any of these stories, here are the top 10 most read AG articles of the week:

  1. Bank of America Retard Division for Short Sales by Russell Shaw
  2. Google + Maps + Real Estate Search = No IDX Required by Janie Coffey
  3. Bank of America Achieves Surrealistic Central Status by Russell Shaw
  4. Commercial Real Estate Data – Nationally Inconsistent by Duke Long
  5. The United States of Facebook – How People Cluster Online by Lani Rosales
  6. R.I.P. M.L.S. by Fred Glick
  7. So Where Do We Go From Here? Management of Online Risk by Greg Cooper
  8. Success Simplified – The FIX or Fire It Method by Ken Brand
  9. Meet Where They Are: Communicating With Consumers by Janie Coffey
  10. AG Poll – Where Do You Spend Most of Your Work Day? by Lani Rosales
