Useful video to embed on your real estate blog – quick post idea

Instant blog article idea for you: many non-industry-produced videos center around misinformation or realtor bashing but this video features some very common sense, simple ways that home sellers can stage their home not just for a short sale (as the video indicates) but for a standard home sale.

Although this video is my second favorite (after 10 Mistakes Sellers Make), it is well done. Note in the video that the furniture is ugly (the videographer didn’t set unreal expectations) and all suggestions are feasible on all budgets.

Your sellers should see this in a post from you, they should see that you understand their fears of how complicated the staging process is but you’re there to simplify it for them. I’m thinking of post titles like “Stage Your Home for Under $50” or “Cheap, Quick Fixes to get Your Home Sold Faster.” Let us know how you envision using this staging video!
