What do American executives think?
In a recent study, IBM surveyed 6,000 top American executives asking what they are doing to insure their companies’ success as “technology and global demands seem to change every day” and GOOD.is has created an infographic (as seen below) of the results.

Putting CEOs on the hotseat
What was most intriguing to us is how CEOs responded to what makes a quality leader. The number one quality CEOs emphasized was creativity and the least important quality being fairness. Interesting.
In my experience, Brokers, many of whom are CEOs would not likely put such little weight on dedication, as this is one of the primary qualities in the real estate industry that divides the doers/successful from the thinkers/wannabes. Creativity is important in the real estate industry but in a non corporate world, it is not nearly as important as the ability to execute.
