The goal is to bring bills from Capital One, your bank statements, your water bill, or Discover bill to one location rather than having to go to each to look up and pay bills, which Zumbox does by partnering with businesses to incorporate this “digital channel” into a business’ workflow to save steps, time, and paper.

Zumbox is a web based app that is also available for iPhone and iTunes, allowing professionals to see and pay their expenses online on the go, making a paperless workplace more realistic, so yes, for many functions, it really can replace print as businesses and consumers opt out of print billing and move online to a single sign in spot, streamlining the entire process.
The company says their iPad app features intuitive navigation tabs that make for simple online filing of important statements and organization. Filing options include date, sender, pre-set notifications, read status and even personalized notes.
