New launch for 10K
Florida Realtors (formerly the Florida Association of Realtors) which serves 115,000 members, has partnered with 10K Research and Marketing to launch the first of it’s kind statewide housing market report using data from the state of Florida’s Multiple Listing Services, marking the eighth state 10K has partnered with for market reporting.
According to 10K, “A housing trends report will also be created by 10K for Florida Realtors® that will provide an accurate, first-of-its-kind picture of statewide market trends in Florida.” Additionally, they note that “As part of the project, Florida Realtors® is launching a new Industry Data and Analysis division that will solidify the organization’s position as the go-to resource for all real estate information involving the state of Florida.”
“The creation of a unique Industry Data and Analysis division at Florida Realtors® is an important step in the ongoing development of organized real estate information in Florida and the nation,” said John Tuccillo, new chief economist for Florida Realtors® and former chief economist for the National Association of Realtors®. “The 10K product will serve as an important cornerstone of this forward-thinking group.”
